Before I undertook my first Camino, I was riddled with self doubts about my physical ability to complete it; to be out in the middle of Spain with one pack & a very vague idea of how it would all unfold.  This painting is inspired by the moment when we decide to go, buy the ticket, pack our one bag and hit the trail that we have been dreaming about for decades.  Fill in the blanks for your own trail and dream.

p.s. the wings are painted with phosphorescent paint that will glow in the dark : )
