I’ve always been acutely attuned to weather, atmosphere and especially clouds & the night sky. In this painting I represent one of my favorite phenomena: the way sun beams puncture clouds, producing rays of light. These landscapes are an exploration of natural phenomena and perception. Interior landscapes + symbolic representations of human + natural interconnectedness.
